Shipping policy

Happy V currently ships within the United States and Canada and does not currently ship internationally beyond those destinations.
1. United States Shipping
Regular shipping within the United States is generally handled by UPS or USPS and takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Expedited shipping generally takes approximately 2–3 business days.
2. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within one business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST generally ship on the next business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday generally ship on Monday.
3. Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free for:
- Orders of $60 or more
- Subscription orders
Shipping charges may apply to non-subscription orders under $60 and to expedited shipping.
4. Canada Shipping
Happy V currently ships to Canada.
Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Processing rules generally follow the same U.S./Canada processing schedule.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, Happy V provides tracking information by email.
Customers can use the tracking number provided in their shipping confirmation to monitor delivery status.
6. Shipping Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
After an order has been processed, Happy V cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
For subscription orders, customers should update their address through their Happy V account at least 72 hours before the next renewal.
7. Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside Happy V’s control.
8. Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact Happy V Customer Care with your order number and tracking information.
9. International Shipping
Happy V currently does not ship worldwide. At present, shipping is limited to the United States and Canada.
